This module will guide you through complete penetration testing of web applications based on the OWASP ASVS standard. The module comprises checklists containing the tests provided by OWASP TOP TEN and OWASP ASVS Levels L1 - L3. The individual checklists faithfully follow the standard and thus do not go into too much detail. This module is not ideal for novice testers.
The checklists included in this module will guide you through penetration testing of web applications in due depth. You will be guided through the testing step by step so that at each stage you know exactly what to do and where to go from here. The PTWA standard expands the popular OWASP ASVS standard and refines it down to the smallest detail. This module will be appreciated not only by beginners but also by experienced testers.
